Everyday meals can spark a useful idea: a familiar ulam, a lunch you can make tomorrow, or a different way to enjoy the ingredients already in your kitchen.
That is the intention behind Feed, the new meal-sharing feature in Oops Calorie. We want to create a welcoming community where people can share their meals, find practical inspiration, and encourage each other as they build habits that work for their lives.
You do not need a picture-perfect plate to belong here. Your everyday meals are welcome.
A community built around real meals
Food is personal. It reflects our routines, budgets, culture, preferences, and the people we eat with. A helpful community makes room for those differences.
With Feed, we hope to make meal tracking feel a little more connected. A home-cooked adobo, a quick breakfast before work, or a meal from your favorite carinderia can give someone else an idea for their next plate.
Our intention is to build a healthy community through the way we treat each other: with curiosity, kindness, and respect. Sharing a meal should feel comfortable. Everyone deserves encouragement, wherever they are in their journey.
What you can do in Feed
Feed opens the Community space in Oops Calorie, where you can browse shared meals and publish a meal entry of your own.
- Share a saved meal with a photo. Choose an entry you would like others to see.
- Add a caption. Share the small story behind your meal—a family recipe, a lunch discovery, or something you made with what you had.
- Preview before publishing. Review the photo, foods, portions, and nutrition details that will appear in your post.
- Explore other shared meals. Find ideas grounded in the food people actually enjoy.
- React with encouragement. Choose Like, Love, Applause, Delicious, or Celebrate to send a little support.
The Me tab brings together your published posts, while Community shows shared meals from across the community.
Sharing is always your choice
Logging a meal does not automatically publish it. Your meal entries stay private unless you choose to share one to Community.
Before publishing, you will see a preview and agree to public sharing. Your post includes your profile identity and the meal information shown in that preview, including its photo and nutrition details. Share only what you are comfortable making public.
Your personal goals, weight, email, and private Coach Cal guidance are not included in Community posts.
You can remove a public post while keeping its private meal entry. You can also report a post or block an account when needed.

Find inspiration that fits your life
Someone else's meal might inspire you to try a new ingredient, revisit a familiar recipe, or plan tomorrow's lunch. Adapt those ideas to your own preferences, budget, and needs.
Nutrition values in Oops Calorie are estimates that users can review and correct. Similar-looking meals can have different portions, ingredients, oils, or sauces. Treat shared numbers as context rather than a target you need to copy.
If you are new to the app, Oops Calorie helps you log a meal using a photo or description, review its estimated nutrition, and confirm it before it becomes part of your history. You can also meet Coach Cal for practical general-wellness guidance.
Share your first meal
- Log and review a meal with a photo, then save your entry.
- Open Feed and choose the share action, or select Share to community from your meal details.
- Choose your saved meal and add a caption if you would like.
- Check the preview, agree to public sharing, and publish when you are comfortable.
You can start by browsing, too. Sharing your own meal is optional.
