Subscription Terms
How Oops Calorie Plus subscriptions work through Google Play.
Free and Plus access
A subscription is not required to use the available Free features. Oops Calorie Plus provides the recurring benefits and analysis allowance shown on the purchase screen. Current benefits may evolve, but an active subscription will continue to provide meaningful recurring value during its paid period.
Price and payment
Google Play displays the final localized price, currency, billing period, taxes, trial or introductory terms, and charge before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Oops Calorie does not receive complete payment-card details.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions renew for another billing period and Google Play charges the applicable price unless you cancel before the renewal date shown by Google Play. Any eligibility and conversion terms for a trial or introductory offer are displayed before purchase.
Manage or cancel
Manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions from the Oops Calorie Plans & pricing screen or your Google Play account. Uninstalling Oops Calorie and deleting your Oops Calorie account do not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally takes effect after the current paid period, and Plus access generally continues until then.
Refunds, billing issues, and price changes
Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law. Payment failures may interrupt Plus access. Price changes follow Google Play notice and consent requirements; you can cancel before a new price takes effect.
AI and service limitations
Plus changes feature access and usage limits; it does not make AI nutrition estimates medically accurate or guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Health & AI Disclaimer continue to apply. For subscription support, use https://oopscalorie.com/support.
